This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +6 more states.
• Review produced work for inaccuracies.
• Oversee transactions to ensure adherence to performance standards.
• Collaborate with team members on identified areas for improvement.
• Engage with work leaders, supervisors, and managers.
• Identify, analyze, and report fraudulent activities.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Required experience in Administration or Insurance.
• Preferred quality assurance experience with Medicaid or Insurance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Access, Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Outstanding attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
