This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Provide administrative assistance to the QA team.
• Support project management initiatives.
• Create and maintain precise data using spreadsheets.
• Follow up with team members regarding QA concerns and monitor unresolved issues.
• Organize meeting agendas, generate minutes, and keep team shared folders orderly.
• Record meeting minutes.
• Effectively plan, organize, and prioritize tasks assigned by the QA team.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as directed by the QA team.
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program in social work, psychology, business, or another related healthcare field, or possess a degree in one of these areas.
• Exceptional attention to detail and outstanding organizational abilities.
• Capability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Excellent time-management capabilities are a must.
• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient presentation skills are required.
• Must be highly adaptable, able to meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and SharePoint, is required.
