Quality Assurance Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Perform routine quality audits on Sales and Onboarding calls.

• Provide comprehensive quality monitoring scorecards along with actionable feedback.

• Conduct coaching sessions aimed at enhancing operational performance.

• Record coaching sessions to ensure accountability and the implementation of corrective actions.

• Create and sustain reports to monitor quality trends and team productivity.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to uphold consistent QA standards.

• Aid in refining sales and onboarding strategies by leveraging quality insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance Management or related QA elements in prior roles.

• Sales experience and knowledge of sales performance metrics.

• Familiarity with Outsourced Doers' product offerings (training will be provided).

• Understanding of lead generation, digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and SEO best practices is advantageous.

• Proficient in CRM software, Google Workspace, and Google Docs.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Exceptional analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Capability to provide constructive coaching and drive positive change.

• Ability to work independently and achieve results.
