Quality Assurance Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and sustain test plans and test cases for full-stack web applications.

• Identify, document, and monitor defects until resolution.

• Work in close collaboration with developers and DevOps engineers to ensure software quality throughout the development lifecycle.

• Conduct manual and/or automated testing as deemed appropriate for the project.

• Engage in agile ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, and reviews.

• Communicate effectively with team members during East Coast working hours.

⛳️ Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory (no exceptions).

• Robust QA experience in testing web-based applications (both front-end and back-end).

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Must be available to work during East Coast time zone hours.

• Active or former U.S. government security clearance is preferred.

• Prior experience in U.S. government or federal contracts is preferred.

• Experience testing applications developed with Angular, PHP, and/or Java is preferred.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted development/testing tools, especially Claude, is preferred.

• Experience working in larger team settings (20+ team members) is preferred.
