Quality Assurance Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the implementation and upkeep of the contractor's Quality Control Plan.

• Observe contractor performance concerning PWS requirements, delivery timelines, quality benchmarks, and QASP performance criteria.

• Evaluate deliverables, reports, plans, schedules, technical documents, and work products for accuracy, completeness, consistency, timeliness, and quality.

• Aid in the development and quality assessment of the Project Management Plan, RACI chart, Integrated Master Schedule, transition-in and transition-out documentation, GFE reports, status reports, and monthly consolidated reports.

• Monitor actions, issues, risks, mitigations, escalations, achievements, closures, customer feedback, and corrective measures.

• Support root cause analysis and track non-recurrence for defective, incomplete, late, or nonconforming work products.

• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that M365 deliverables and documentation meet contract specifications.

• Assist with Section 508 reviews of deliverables, as necessary.

• Maintain objective evidence demonstrating successful contract performance and CPARS results.

• Facilitate bi-weekly and monthly reporting tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in supporting Microsoft 365, IT service delivery, quality assurance, quality control, project controls, or technical documentation in a large corporate or government setting.

• Proven experience in reviewing technical deliverables, project documentation, status reports, schedules, risks, and action-item tracking.

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 cloud services, including SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Exchange Online, Teams, Power Platform, Copilot, Azure/Azure AD, Intune, and related services.

• Experience in supporting quality control processes, performance metrics, corrective actions, or process enhancements.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Exceptional attention to detail and capability to manage deadlines across various deliverables.

• Ability to complete IRS MBI/security onboarding and necessary IRS security training.
