This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Takes on the primary responsibility for ensuring quality and compliance management of the Kimberly-Clark account portfolio.
• The Quality & Compliance Manager collaborates with EMCOR departments and suppliers to guarantee that work orders are handled within the defined KPIs.
• Accountable for overseeing supplier costs and deliveries across all sites.
• Formulate strategies aimed at enhancing the overall reliability and safety of the facility.
• Plan and execute audits, routine maintenance, and improvement initiatives for both facility and equipment.
• Collaborate with the Kimberly-Clark team to manage properties, budgets, and customer experiences.
• Ensure consistency and exceptional performance of services.
• Develop and implement quality control processes and standards.
• Conduct regular audits of performance and resolve any issues that arise.
• Occasional travel is required to fulfill job responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in facilities management.
• OSHA 10-hour and/or 30-hour card is required.
• BOMA, IFMA, and LEED certifications are advantageous.
• Ability to read and understand instructions, including safety policies and procedure manuals.
• Capability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Proficient in effectively presenting information in both individual and small group settings.
• Proficient in using MS Project, Word, and Excel.
• Experience with Enterprise Software and CMMS is mandatory.
