This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• In the role of Software Quality Analyst, you will be a vital part of a dynamic team, ensuring the quality delivery of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• You will create scenarios, develop and execute automated tests, and document defects based on user stories as the team modifies CRM forms, fields, views, reports, and dashboards.
• Your responsibilities will include developing validations and workflows, as well as integrating with other enterprise systems.
• You will assist the team in delivering solutions that comply with the software architecture strategy, coding standards, and established organizational policies and procedures.
• Proven experience in both manual and automated testing of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• A collaborative team member who actively engages and contributes during all Agile ceremonies.
• Works alongside Software Development Engineers in Test and Software Engineers to create an effective Testing Strategy.
• Strong capability to design and implement functional, cross-browser, exploratory, security, regression, edge-case, and integration testing as needed.
• Supports implementations to Production environments.
• Utilizes Azure DevOps Services to develop scenarios, run tests, and document defects based on user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Reviews and offers feedback on the testability of user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Basic knowledge of how to prepare test data for software test execution.
• Experience with Dynamics CRM is essential, with Sales experience being highly desirable.
• Significant background in creating, maintaining, and troubleshooting automated tests using Playwright or similar code-based test automation frameworks.
• Proficient in Typescript, Javascript, or other scripting languages.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity, aid in test creation, analyze defects, and speed up learning.
• Exposure to Seismic or similar marketing tools is preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related Business field.
• Business experience within the financial or retirement sectors.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a clear and concise technical writing style.
• Demonstrates strong organizational abilities and maintains expected productivity levels.
• Excellent listening, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and a keen attention to detail.
• Capable of prioritizing and taking responsibility for the creation and execution of test scripts each sprint.
• Eagerness to learn automation scripting and debugging techniques.
• Familiar with Agile methodologies and frameworks.
• Understanding of relational databases and SQL queries.
• Certified Associate in Software Testing (CAST).
