Quality Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Ensure the functionality, stability, and quality of digital solutions created by the Software Factory.

• Develop and implement functional, integration, and regression test plans.

• Identify and document defects effectively.

• Validate both technical and business requirements.

• Maintain compliance with quality standards throughout the development lifecycle.

• Facilitate and coordinate synchronization across multiple Agile teams collaborating to deliver significant increments of value (Release Trains).

• Manage dependencies, risks, and impediments at the program level.

• Ensure a continuous flow of work.

• Coordinate testing efforts with stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or higher is required.

• SAFe RTE (Release Train Engineer) certification is essential.

• Ideally, 4 years of experience in coordinating multiple Agile teams.

• Familiarity with functional testing is preferred.

• Understanding of technical requirements is necessary.
