This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Develop, document, and execute functional, integration, and automated testing plans.

• Ensure delivery quality by identifying, logging, and tracking bugs and defects.

• Assist the development team in analyzing requirements to guarantee clarity and testability.

• Validate new features, enhancements, and fixes prior to production release.

• Suggest and implement ongoing improvements to quality processes and testing methodologies.

• Collaborate closely with the Product Manager and developers to align expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Track quality metrics and prepare reports to aid in decision-making.

• Prior experience in software testing (both manual and automated).

• Knowledge of test and bug management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, or similar).

• Capability to write clear and objective test cases.

• Basic understanding of databases and APIs for integration validation.

• Experience with automation frameworks is preferred (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appium).

• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
