Qualitative Project Manager

📋 Description

• The Senior Project Manager's mission is to serve as a communication and relationship intermediary among M3, our clients, and the various teams involved in the successful completion of projects.

• This role encompasses the management of all project aspects, guaranteeing exceptional client service while ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.

• Oversee international market research projects throughout their entire lifecycle, prioritizing client satisfaction and project financial objectives in decision-making processes, while maintaining ownership of all project facets, including:

• Reviewing project specifications, setting up projects, planning resources, and establishing timelines for fieldwork.

• Coordinating project kick-off meetings to ensure all parties involved comprehend project specifications, client needs, timelines, and assigned responsibilities.

• Managing programming, translations, overlays, and testing to ensure adherence to quality standards and timelines.

• Executing project launches and analyses, providing detailed feedback to clients with a solution-oriented approach.

• Managing fieldwork by delivering timely, high-quality client updates and proactively overseeing project recruitment to guarantee smooth and timely delivery through maximizing internal sample, custom recruitment, and partner onboarding, while controlling project budgets and achieving financial targets.

• Ensuring that market research participants have a positive experience by following sampling practices and ensuring that incentive approvals and project queries are resolved promptly.

• Delivering agreed-upon deliverables to clients within the expected timelines and quality standards.

• Meeting billing deadlines and targets, ensuring strict adherence to internal processes.

• Complying with M3’s operating procedures and ensuring that all practices and systems align with ISO Accreditation and M3 policies.

• Managing and leveraging vendor relationships to facilitate accurate and timely deliverables, effective communications, and swift issue resolution.

• Collaborating with Sales and Client Service teams to address issues and/or provide recommendations for enhancing performance on market research studies.

• Assisting in the execution of client service improvement plans for designated accounts, ensuring collaboration with sales and team members, and delivering a consistent, solution-oriented approach at every touchpoint in the client journey.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in market research project management, ideally in the healthcare sector.

• A self-driven individual with outstanding time management, organizational capabilities, and keen attention to detail.

• Ability to effectively meet deadlines and perform well under pressure.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.

• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capable of working independently and as part of a team to successfully achieve departmental goals.

• Proficient in managing multiple online research projects accurately and punctually in a fast-paced environment where deadlines and other changes frequently occur in real-time.
