QA/QE Market Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead AI-First Quality Engineering transformation initiatives for enterprise clients.

• Facilitate consulting-led engagements with CIOs, CTOs, as well as Digital and Engineering leaders.

• Develop and enhance the QE market strategy, go-to-market initiatives, and AI-native QE competencies.

• Transition traditional QA organizations into AI-driven Quality Engineering operating frameworks.

• Oversee enterprise TestOps transformation, intelligent automation, and observability projects.

• Establish product-centric quality engineering strategies that align with business objectives.

• Create AI-ready QE talent ecosystems and capability development programs.

• Propel revenue growth, practice expansion, and assume P&L responsibility for QE services.

• Collaborate with delivery, sales, and engineering leadership teams to boost market adoption.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive knowledge in AI-led Quality Engineering and QE transformation.

• Familiarity with Agentic AI, intelligent automation, TestOps, release intelligence, and observability.

• Strong consulting and advisory skills, along with experience in managing executive stakeholders.

• Demonstrated success in go-to-market strategy, practice leadership, and market growth.

• Profound understanding of enterprise QA modernization and AI-native QE operating frameworks.

• Experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship management skills.
