QA Triage and Execution Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Execute and oversee pipelines within Azure DevOps.

• Classify failures into categories: Test defect, environment, data, or code.

• Perform script-level debugging and conduct root cause analysis.

• Troubleshoot automation scripts developed in:

• Playwright or Selenium.

• Identify underlying issues such as:

• Flaky selectors due to dynamic DOM changes.

• Synchronization and timing problems related to wait conditions.

• Assertion mismatches.

• Failures stemming from data dependencies.

• Validate API failures with tools like:

• Postman or GraphQL utilities.

• Examine logs and telemetry data (including App Insights and pipeline logs).

• Monitor trends and deliver triage reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient debugging and analytical capabilities.

• Experience with logs, APIs, and troubleshooting UI issues.

• Understanding of the test automation lifecycle.

• Familiarity with observability tools such as App Insights and Azure monitoring.

• Preferred: Experience in the Mortgage or FinTech sectors.
