QA Tech Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Conduct hands-on manual testing for sophisticated AI-driven and hardware-software integrated systems.

• Spearhead QA initiatives from a technical standpoint and establish high-quality benchmarks across products.

• Define, implement, and continuously enhance QA methodologies, workflows, and best practices.

• Oversee the complete quality process, from requirements analysis to production release.

• Work closely with Product, Engineering, AI, and R&D teams to ensure seamless delivery.

• Identify product risks, prioritize issues effectively, and facilitate timely resolutions.

• Adapt QA planning and execution in response to changing business and technical priorities.

• Foster a robust culture of quality, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Mentor and provide technical direction to QA team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• Over 5 years of hands-on QA experience in complex technical settings.

• At least 2 years of experience in a QA Tech Lead, Team Lead, or comparable leadership role.

• Strong proficiency in manual testing methodologies and QA processes.

• Demonstrated experience leading QA efforts in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

• Familiarity with at least one of the following: AI-based systems, Computer Vision technologies, or Hardware-Software integrated solutions.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization abilities.

• Capability to manage shifting priorities while ensuring high-quality execution.

• Strong ownership mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.

• Effective communicator and collaborative team player.
