• Develop and uphold test plans and test cases for both new and existing product features.

• Conduct manual functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing during releases.

• Assist with release testing and provide sign-off.

• Create and sustain automated tests while supporting CI/CD test coverage.

• Aid in increasing automated coverage over time to minimize manual efforts.

• Identify, document, and monitor defects until resolution, and validate fixes.

• Reproduce and assess issues in collaboration with engineering.

• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to comprehend requirements and offer insights on product quality.

• Clearly communicate quality status and potential risks to the team.

• 2-4 years of experience in software QA, preferably with web-based SaaS applications.

• Proficient in writing test plans and test cases, as well as executing manual functional and regression testing.

• Experience with test automation frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and defect-tracking tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience; ISTQB certification is advantageous.

• Strong analytical abilities, keen attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
