This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +12 more states.
β’ Develop and uphold test plans and test cases for both new and existing product features.
β’ Conduct manual functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing during releases.
β’ Assist with release testing and provide sign-off.
β’ Create and sustain automated tests while supporting CI/CD test coverage.
β’ Aid in increasing automated coverage over time to minimize manual efforts.
β’ Identify, document, and monitor defects until resolution, and validate fixes.
β’ Reproduce and assess issues in collaboration with engineering.
β’ Collaborate with engineering and product teams to comprehend requirements and offer insights on product quality.
β’ Clearly communicate quality status and potential risks to the team.
β’ 2-4 years of experience in software QA, preferably with web-based SaaS applications.
β’ Proficient in writing test plans and test cases, as well as executing manual functional and regression testing.
β’ Experience with test automation frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
β’ Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and defect-tracking tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience; ISTQB certification is advantageous.
β’ Strong analytical abilities, keen attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
β’ Capability to manage multiple workstreams in a dynamic environment.
