QA Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Maintain project quality standards by assessing finished projects for imperfections and workmanship quality.

• Collaborate with field team members to help ensure projects are completed accurately and efficiently.

• Serve as a link between the Quality Assurance Manager, Corporate Office, and Field Data Specialists.

• Analyze projects for precision and forward them to the final review team.

• Adhere to project deadlines and production goals.

• Promptly respond to inquiries and requests from all stakeholders.

• Engage in coaching, training, and onboarding processes for new employees.

• Accurately complete and submit HR documentation in a timely manner.

• Undertake additional tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills: in-person, via email, text, video, etc.

• Keen attention to detail and a strong desire to engage with specifics consistently.

• Proficient in data analysis and reporting.

• Capable of providing constructive feedback to team members in an unbiased manner.

• Strong spatial reasoning—able to mentally visualize a 3-dimensional object and know its orientation.

• Experience with commercial property mapping, floor plans, or blueprints is a plus.

• Familiarity with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software, particularly MS Dynamics, is advantageous.

• A minimum of one year of experience in an office environment or experience working from home is beneficial.
