QA Software Tester – Fixed Term Contract, 1 Year

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Evaluate software quality through both manual and automated testing methods.

• Identify and document bugs and issues.

• Collaborate within an Agile development team to create and implement test cases for web and mobile applications.

• Aid in ensuring stable releases by following structured and repeatable testing processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in software testing, with a solid foundation in quality assurance principles and standards.

• Proven experience in writing and executing manual test cases covering functional, regression, integration, and UI testing.

• Knowledge of test management tools (preferably AIO Test Management or similar) and defect tracking systems like Jira.

• Experience in participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and working with cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with AI-driven testing tools and methodologies; capable of assessing and implementing AI-based testing techniques as needed.

• Proficient in documenting expected outcomes, reproducing defects, and conveying findings effectively.

• Strong grasp of software development processes, with the ability to collaborate effectively with developers and product owners.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on reproducibility and traceability.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across distributed teams.
