
QA QI Clinician – QA & Compliance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Execute clinical audits and quality assessments
• Evaluate data, performance indicators, and trends to pinpoint areas for ongoing enhancement
• Create and provide clinical training, documentation manuals, and implementation tools
• Offer technical support to county partners to ensure compliance with regulatory mandates
• A current, active, and unrestricted clinical license in California as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, Psychologist (PhD/PsyD), or an equivalent qualification
• At least three (3) years of experience in quality assurance, quality improvement, utilization management, compliance, or similar roles within California’s public behavioral health system
• Proven understanding of Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) regulatory standards, county BHP operations, and clinical documentation requirements
