This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Act as the primary coordinator for scheduling and managing third-party qualification audits.
• Oversee and track the progression of CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) and site deviations, ensuring they are resolved in a timely and effective manner.
• Manage the receipt, distribution, and tracking of audit reports and responses from Sponsors and/or Regulatory bodies.
• Function as the main QA contact for the review of global Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Provide support for study-based audits across Clinglobal companies as needed.
• Evaluate Computerized System validation and change management documentation.
• Participate in the ongoing improvement of QA processes and systems.
• 3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance within a regulated setting (GLP or GCP preferred; experience in pharmaceutical, CRO, or animal health sectors is a significant advantage).
• Strong understanding of audit procedures, CAPA management, and the SOP lifecycle.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities for effective global collaboration.
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken); knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.
• Self-driven and capable of working independently while managing workloads across different time zones.
• Located in South America (preferred for time zone alignment).
• Willingness to engage in minimal travel if necessary.
