QA Mid-Level – Affirmative Action (PWD)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Function as an Agile QA, engaging in team ceremonies such as refinement, planning, daily stand-up, review, and retrospective.

• Guarantee delivery quality starting from the requirements-gathering stage (adopting a shift-left approach).

• Develop, execute, and sustain automated API tests.

• Assist the team in establishing clear and testable acceptance criteria.

• Conduct functional, exploratory, and regression testing.

• Record, monitor, and manage bugs in a clear, objective, and prioritized manner.

• Collaborate effectively with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the team’s quality processes and practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with automated API testing (preferably using Rest Assured and Kotlin).

• Familiarity with BDD (Gherkin, Cucumber).

• Strong grasp of software testing principles.

• Experience with agile methodologies, including Scrum and/or Kanban.

• Background in bug management and utilization of tools such as Jira, Zephyr (or similar).

• Capability to analyze requirements and pinpoint quality risks.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
