QA Manual

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Conduct manual testing of our ERP system according to business requirements and analytical documentation.

• Develop, revise, and maintain testing scenarios and cases.

• Document and report bugs and risks utilizing defect management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps).

• Identify and prioritize acceptance test cases to align with user story acceptance criteria.

• Oversee test coverage and make necessary adjustments to enhance integration and coverage of user stories.

• Analyze user stories and solution designs for testability, providing suggestions for improvement.

• Create comprehensive and prioritized test plans that align with our Testing Strategy and Product Vision.

• Assess and report on the effectiveness of testing using customer satisfaction and other relevant metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in software testing and development.

• Strong analytical skills and creativity to formulate and prioritize effective test cases.

• Outstanding attention to detail and a user-centered approach.

• Openness to experimentation, learning, and rapid adaptation.

• Proficient in English (both written and spoken - ideally at C1 level).

• Experience working within a Scrum framework is preferred.

• Previous involvement with ERP/Cloud testing environments.

• Familiarity with a variety of testing techniques.

• Nice to have: Experience using AI tools in everyday workflow.

• Background in API and UI testing.

• Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Playwright, Selenium, Confluence, and SpecFlow.

• Understanding of Gherkin syntax.

• ISTQB Certification.
