QA Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead quality initiatives for Bitwarden's product across mobile, web, and server platforms.

• Recruit and nurture a cross-functional QA team.

• Take ownership of the quality processes and decision-making support for product development.

• Assess and introduce testing tools.

• Provide updates on team progress to management.

• Champion the QA team and promote total quality management.

• Proven experience in building and developing successful teams.

• Prior management or team lead experience in a technical role.

• A deep sense of empathy and the capability to advocate for others.

• Strong analytical skills to assess the success of Bitwarden.

• Experience in testing a SaaS consumer and/or enterprise product.

• Familiarity with lean or agile development and delivery methodologies.

• Passion and enthusiasm for assisting customers in overcoming security and password challenges.

• Eagerness to learn and develop automation and quality processes.
