QA Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Develop the QA function by formulating strategy, processes, tools, and standards in collaboration with the US QA Lead.

• Design and take ownership of testing for AI-driven features, which include agentic workflows, LLM outputs, and evaluation frameworks.

• Create automated testing solutions utilizing Playwright and TypeScript.

• Conduct hands-on manual testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Establish quality practices across the company and foster a culture that minimizes defects.

• Work closely with Engineering and Product teams to integrate quality throughout the development lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in scaling a QA function from its inception or a strong desire to develop one.

• Daily familiarity with AI and a comprehensive understanding of AI-driven product testing.

• Background in testing AI-driven products or a clear grasp of their unique testing challenges.

• Proficiency in using Playwright and TypeScript.

• Comfortable performing hands-on manual testing, regression testing, and UAT.

• Strong foundation in test strategy, defect management, and release processes.

• Eagerness to remain actively involved while shaping and leading QA initiatives in the UK.
