This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Qatar.
• Oversee comprehensive QA activities for RxCLAIM-based applications, encompassing test strategy, planning, execution, and defect management.
• Serve as the primary QA liaison for PBM/RxCLAIM initiatives, fostering collaboration with business analysts, developers, and product owners.
• Establish and uphold QA processes, standards, and best practices across multiple projects.
• Evaluate and confirm business requirements, functional specifications, and technical designs from a QA viewpoint.
• Create and manage test scenarios, test cases, and test data related to eligibility, claims adjudication, pricing, formularies, benefits, accumulators, and prior authorization.
• Lead and guide QA analysts, offering mentorship on RxCLAIM workflows and testing methodologies.
• Organize SIT, UAT, and regression testing, providing support for business and client UAT cycles.
• Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and industry standards (HIPAA, CMS, etc.).
• Monitor test execution metrics, defect trends, and quality KPIs; communicate status updates to stakeholders.
• Assist with automation initiatives by identifying candidates for regression and collaborating with automation teams.
• Engage in release planning, production validation, and post-release defect analysis.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in QA/testing, including 3–4 years in a QA Lead position.
• Extensive hands-on experience with RxCLAIM (claims processing, plan setup, pricing, benefits, accumulators, DUR, PA).
• In-depth understanding of PBM and pharmacy domain concepts.
• Proficient knowledge of test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., ALM, Jira, Zephyr, qTest).
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience in leading teams and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks.
• Experience with other PBM platforms (e.g., QNXT, Facets, ICD) is advantageous.
• Background in Agile/Scrum environments.
• ISTQB or equivalent QA certification.
