This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Test new functionalities and bug resolutions across Employee, Client, and Admin portals prior to launch.
• Execute comprehensive regression testing ahead of deployments.
• Generate detailed bug reports in Asana, outlining reproduction steps, severity, environment specifics, and supporting evidence.
• Verify bug fixes before ticket closure.
• Actively test edge cases across various devices, user roles, and environments.
• Conduct daily meetings with the development team to monitor progress and address any blockers.
• Keep a record of known issues and provide weekly status reports to the CEO.
• Review user stories and acceptance criteria to guarantee adequate testing coverage.
• Oversee the complete QA process and ensure platform quality prior to release.
• Proficient command of English (both written and spoken).
• Over 4 years of QA experience in SaaS or web applications.
• Exceptional skills in bug documentation and reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving abilities, and keen attention to detail.
• Experience in business-critical SaaS environments.
• Proficient in writing bug reports using Asana, Jira, Linear, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with testing platforms that have multiple user roles.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage the QA lifecycle.
• Experience collaborating with offshore development teams.
• Comfortable participating in live video calls with stakeholders based in the US.
• Preferred experience in HR tech, payroll, workforce management, or staffing software.
• A positive attitude with a capacity to learn and adapt swiftly.
• 100% remote work.
