QA Engineer, Manual

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Georgia.

📋 Description

• Conduct thorough manual testing for web frontend and backend, as well as iOS, Android, macOS, and Windows applications.

• Detect software defects using various testing methods, including functional, ad-hoc, regression, smoke, integration, and more.

• Log software issues in the bug tracking system and manage their lifecycle.

• Generate comprehensive test reports.

• Develop and maintain test documentation, which includes checklists and test cases.

• Engage in continuous communication and collaboration with development and product teams.

• Suggest improvements for enhancing quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in testing web and mobile applications.

• Familiarity with bug tracking systems and experience in writing bug reports.

• Proficient in creating test documentation using test management tools.

• Understanding of functional, integration, regression, and ad-hoc testing methodologies.

• Basic proficiency with tools such as DevTools, Postman, Charles Proxy, Android Studio, Xcode, GitLab, and similar resources.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

• At least a B1 level in English.
