QA Engineer – Firmware, Mobile Testing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Creating Test Plans that encompass the Validation & Verification Plan established by the QA Team.

• Establishing Test schedules and Test cases that address requirements, UX specifications, and relevant standards.

• Conducting manual testing.

• Reproducing reported bugs and issues.

• Leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency and accelerate daily tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in a comparable position.

• Strong hardware affinity, with experience in working with hardware and software during early development phases, such as development boards and Bluetooth-enabled, battery-operated devices.

• Proficiency in Firmware and App integration and validation.

• Comprehension of requirements, UX specifications, and industry standards.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies, including Jira and Kanban.

• A robust methodological approach and a challenging mindset, dedicated to achieving the highest product quality.

• Previous experience using Claude Code is a plus.

• Experience or willingness to learn about validating voice control, audio stream recognition, and AI applications utilizing LLMs.

• Background in or eagerness to adopt test automation practices.
