QA Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Take charge of testing activities for new features, product enhancements, and bug resolutions.

• Create, implement, and sustain detailed manual test cases and testing scenarios.

• Recognize, document, monitor, and verify bugs throughout the development lifecycle.

• Develop and uphold automated tests to enhance regression coverage and testing efficiency.

• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing across the product.

• Work collaboratively with engineering and product teams to comprehend requirements, pinpoint risks, and guarantee test coverage.

• Engage in Agile development processes, including planning, refinement, and release cycles.

• Spot opportunities for enhancing QA processes, testing methodologies, and product quality.

• Prioritize testing tasks and communicate obstacles, risks, and findings during the development lifecycle.

• Demonstrated experience in software quality assurance within agile, dynamic environments.

• Strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies, test planning, and test execution.

• Practical experience in implementing, maintaining, and executing automated tests and testing frameworks.

• Proven track record in conducting functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.

• Comprehensive understanding of software development lifecycles, QA processes, and release validation.

• Solid experience with bug-tracking systems, test management tools, and version control platforms.

• Proven ability to identify, document, reproduce, and validate software defects.

• Strong grasp of test coverage, regression strategies, and quality assurance best practices.
