QA Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Assist in testing initiatives by executing test cases, spotting defects, and ensuring the delivery of superior software products.

• Perform manual testing for functional, regression, and integration purposes.

• Identify, document, and monitor defects using relevant tools.

• Work collaboratively with developers and fellow testing team members to address issues.

• Maintain testing documentation, including test cases and results from executions.

• Aid in the preparation of testing environments and test data.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing.

• Knowledge of the software testing lifecycle and methodologies.

• Familiarity with defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira).

• Basic SQL knowledge for data validation purposes.

• Experience in Agile environments.

• Understanding of manual testing principles.

• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
