QA Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• We are looking for a QA Engineer located in the Philippines to join our expanding Engineering team.

• You will be responsible for ensuring quality across our platform, which integrates extensively with AWS, GCP, and Azure Marketplace APIs, as well as core systems such as Salesforce and HubSpot. Your work will support approximately 300 customers who rely on us for their deal payments.

• This position is hands-on, encompassing both manual and automated testing.

• You will create test plans for new features, develop and maintain automated test suites, track and document bugs in detail so that the engineering team can address them promptly, and serve as a gatekeeper for the quality of releases across web applications and API interfaces.

• This role requires collaboration within the Vancouver (Pacific Time) timezone to work closely with the Engineering team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of QA experience in a SaaS or B2B software setting.

• Strong understanding of manual testing methodologies, including test case design, regression testing, and exploratory testing.

• Experience with test automation frameworks and a willingness to develop and maintain automated tests.

• Proficient in testing REST APIs and analyzing logs to troubleshoot issues.

• Exceptional written English and bug-reporting capabilities, enabling you to write reproduction steps that allow engineers to resolve issues without needing extensive communication.

• A self-motivated individual who takes initiative with minimal supervision and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
