This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify, document, and monitor defects while collaborating with the development team for resolution.
• Develop, review, and enhance test cases and QA documentation.
• Assess and validate requirements during grooming sessions prior to development commencement.
• Conduct functional, regression, exploratory, and user acceptance testing.
• Verify critical business scenarios including quotes, block-offs, abandoned carts, multiple quantity orders, and multiple bookings per order.
• Collaborate effectively with developers, designers, PMs, and QA teams to grasp functionality and strategize testing.
• Assume responsibility for designated features from inception to completion.
• Over 3 years of experience in QA.
• Proficient in manual testing of web applications.
• Familiarity with mobile application testing.
• Experience in creating and upkeeping test documentation.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and industry best practices.
• Good knowledge of SDLC, STLC, QA processes, and the defect lifecycle.
• Capability to navigate complex business flows, roles, and permissions.
• Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher.
