• Accountable for guaranteeing the quality and precision of all documentation, which must be finalized daily before the client's forthcoming appointment.
• Assess and evaluate documents and patient records (e.g., LOCUS/CASII, Treatment Plan, Progress Notes, etc.) to confirm their completeness, accuracy, and adherence to all pertinent information and guidelines.
• Recognize areas where documentation may be lacking or incorrect and collaborate with staff to rectify any discrepancies.
• Assist in the development of QA processes for other teams.
• Lead or provide support for coaching sessions and training programs for newly hired therapists regarding the QA documentation process as necessary.
• A minimum of 2 years of QA experience is required, ideally within the US Healthcare or mental health services sector.
• Experience in coaching is advantageous.
• Familiarity with remote work or experience in a BPO company is preferred.
