QA Analyst, Senior QA Analyst – ERP, Business Central

📋 Description

• Conduct testing across various functional areas of the product, avoiding isolation to a single module.

• Evaluate user stories for thoroughness and provide feedback when acceptance criteria are either absent or unreasonable.

• Craft intricate user stories independently, including workflow and calculation logic, adhering to inecta's standards.

• Document processes comprehensively: including recordings, written documentation, and the business context for the existence of the solution.

• Collaborate directly with developers, consultants, and product managers on design and technical specifications.

• Develop and execute your own demo and training plans across different functional areas.

• Guide and ensure accountability among other QA team members regarding the quality of stories and documentation.

• Suggest enhancements to QA processes, standards, and tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in accounting, finance, business, MIS, computer information systems, or a related discipline.

• Strong functional understanding of Business Central, NAV/Navision, or comparable ERP systems.

• Proven experience adhering to structured QA processes with a history of delivering high-quality results.

• Knowledge of business processes across key functional areas (finance, inventory, production, etc.).

• Strong technical proficiency—comfortable with Excel and knowledgeable about how software systems integrate.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
