QA Automation – Mid/Senior, Financial Sector

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• In this role, you will join a team dedicated to serving a prominent client in the financial industry.

• Our client is a strong advocate of agile methodologies and places a high emphasis on the quality of their deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with Java, including the development and execution of automated tests.

• Proficiency in Kafka for the integration and validation of messages within distributed systems.

• Experience with API test automation tools, especially Rest Assured, for validating RESTful APIs.

• Familiarity with Cypress or Selenium for comprehensive test automation, focusing on both UI and integration testing.

• Knowledge of unit testing frameworks such as JUnit or TestNG.

• Practical experience with GitLab for source control and managing CI/CD pipelines.

• Capability to configure and manage pipelines, integrating test automation and implementing CI/CD best practices.

• Understanding of REST and SOAP service concepts, along with experience in consuming and validating services.

• Knowledge of software architecture for test automation, including design best practices and the creation of scalable, efficient tests.
