This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks and test suites for regression, functional, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Utilize Agentic AI technologies to create, execute, and optimize test cases; analyze outcomes; and enhance defect detection along with overall testing efficiency.
• Perform and support manual regression and functional testing of enterprise product features, including web applications, reporting, and integrations where automation is not yet available.
• Develop and implement AI-assisted testing strategies to expand coverage, speed up testing cycles, and minimize manual effort.
• Conduct installation, upgrade, and validation testing of product packages across supported environments.
• Collaborate with engineering teams during planning, story grooming, and design discussions to ensure that testability and quality are integrated into solutions from the beginning.
• Review and analyze product and business requirements to define thorough test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
• Create, maintain, and continuously enhance test plans, test cases, and automation assets.
• Execute tests, document results, and effectively communicate test status and risks to stakeholders.
• Generate detailed defect reports, monitor issues in the defect management system, and work alongside development teams to ensure timely resolutions.
• Continuously assess and improve test coverage, automation efficiency, and quality metrics.
• Advocate for and promote best practices in QA, test automation, and AI-driven testing across the team.
• Lead and influence the advancement of the team’s testing and automation strategy, focusing on scalability, efficiency, and innovation.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of experience in software testing.
• Proficient in utilizing APIs (SOAP, REST, GraphQL, etc.) and writing API tests.
• Experienced with source control systems (Git, Github).
• Familiarity with relational databases like SQL, Oracle, etc.
• Expertise with automation tools such as Selenium, Postman, Playwright, etc.
• Experience using AI tools like Claude Code, Github CoPilot, or Kiro in all aspects of work, including the creation of automated test cases.
• Proven experience in building and maintaining testing frameworks.
• Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Solid knowledge of how to write effective test cases and test scripts.
• Strong listening, communication (both verbal and written), and presentation skills.
