QA Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Design and implement automation frameworks for functional, regression, and integration testing.

• Define testing strategies for payment flows and asynchronous events.

• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

• Collaborate with the backend development team to validate asynchronous processes and tests on Kafka.

• Report bugs, quality metrics, and test coverage.

• Participate in refinements and planning sessions to anticipate testing scenarios.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality processes within the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of QA experience with a focus on automation.

• Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Appium, RestAssured, or similar.

• Knowledge and experience in testing REST APIs and backend services.

• Experience working under agile methodologies.

• Preferable

• Experience in testing event-driven or messaging-based systems (Kafka, queues, among others).

• Knowledge in mobile testing (iOS and/or Android).

• Technical English for reading documentation.

• Experience in fintech projects.
