QA Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and enhance testing plans, processes, and procedures to effectively identify potential issues.

• Ensure that enhancements and customizations of products, services, and systems align with customer requirements and expectations.

• Collaborate with system administrators and development teams to suggest improvements and solutions for recognized quality issues.

• Analyze testing results and generate comprehensive reports or emails outlining findings and recommendations for quality improvement.

• Create and sustain detailed documentation for quality testing and assurance activities.

• Track quality metrics and performance indicators, report findings to management, and suggest actionable enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in QA testing and Test Plan creation.

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory - preferably in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.

• Demonstrated experience as a Quality Analyst or in a similar position testing Business Systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, etc.).

• Proficient in developing detailed test plans and test case scenarios based on requirement documents.

• Capable of documenting test scripts, executing them, and triaging issues.

• Strong analytical abilities and exceptional attention to detail.

• Competent in identifying system issues that may result in significant problems.

• Experienced with QA test automation tools such as Katalon, AccelQ, Playwright, Selenium, or similar.

• Familiar with basic AI principles and can self-study and research methods for testing Conversational AI agent prompts under general guidance.

• Availability to work until 3 PM CT (Monday – Friday).
