QA Analyst – IA Generativa, Inglés B2

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Execute functional and exploratory testing.

• Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams and contribute to the continuous improvement of quality processes.

• Document testing results and ensure the quality of AI-related products.

⛳️ Requirements

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher (interviews and a significant portion of daily work are conducted in English).

• Reside in Colombia and possess legal authorization to work in the country.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA) and manual testing.

• Degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.

• At least 3 years of experience in QA, manual testing, and test case design.

• Advanced knowledge in Manual Testing and test case design.

• Experience in testing best practices and monitoring quality metrics.

• Experience in test and defect management using Azure DevOps.

• Basic knowledge of Generative Artificial Intelligence, including: Prompt behavior; Large Language Models (LLM); Risks of hallucinations and variability in responses.

• Ability to perform functional and exploratory testing.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent documentation and communication skills.

• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams in collaborative environments.
