QA Analyst – Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Conduct thorough testing of software applications, encompassing functional, regression, and performance assessments.

• Extensive compatibility testing across Jira, Confluence, and both DC and Cloud versions.

• Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation.

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other team members to identify and address defects and issues.

• Execute tests, log and report defects, and ensure prompt resolution.

• Engage in the design and implementation of automation testing solutions.

• Contribute to enhancing our QA processes and methodologies.

• Support our continuous testing initiatives.

• Provide production support for software products by investigating and replicating reported defects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

• Strong command of English, effectively articulating ideas and concepts both verbally and in writing.

• In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies and best practices.

• Highly organized and structured while remaining adaptable to changing requirements and schedules.

• Solid experience in planning and executing manual functional, regression, and exploratory testing.

• Familiarity with web application testing.

• Proficient in testing business logic, usability, and user interface.

• Understanding of the differences between GET and POST requests.

• Basic knowledge of XSS.

• Experience in establishing or enhancing the testing process.

• Analytical mindset towards issues, finding problem-solving both enjoyable and rewarding.

• Enjoys collaborating with teams and individuals to clarify and understand user needs and technical capabilities.

• The following qualifications will be regarded as advantageous:

• ISTQB certification.

• Experience in Jira administration.

• Familiarity with agile software development methodologies.

• Experience in performance testing.

• Background in security testing.
