QA Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Create comprehensive test plans and test cases based on software requirements and technical documentation.

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to establish acceptance criteria.

• Detect potential design risks and suggest mitigation strategies.

• Engage in root cause analysis of failures, working together on solutions.

• Assist in bug prioritization and planning QA activities.

• Generate quality reports and test metrics.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of QA processes within the team.

• Conduct API testing using tools like Postman or similar.

• Have familiarity with the Linux command line.

• Preferred: Knowledge of Docker.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in manual software testing.

• Strong grasp of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

• Proficient with test management tools (e.g., Jira, x-Ray, or similar).

• Capable of working effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Preferred (not mandatory): Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
