QA Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Implement thorough test cases, pinpoint data inconsistencies, and document defects to uphold the integrity and accuracy of our data pipelines and reporting systems.

• Query and analyze intricate data sets to ensure that information processing through our systems aligns seamlessly with established business logic and specifications.

• Assist in maintaining and continuously enhancing QA documentation, standard operating procedures, and testing frameworks to guarantee repeatable and scalable processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional QA Experience: Over 3 years of experience in a dedicated software or data quality assurance environment, with a proven history of precise defect tracking and reporting.

• Data Literacy: Proven experience working directly with data structures, including a fundamental understanding of relational databases and data manipulation.

• Analytical & Critical Thinking: Strong problem-solving abilities with a sharp attention to detail and the capacity to perform root-cause analysis on data anomalies.

• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to clearly articulate technical issues and defects to cross-functional stakeholders.

• Preferred Skills (Optional): Basic knowledge of SQL or familiarity with cloud-based data warehouses such as Google BigQuery.

• Knowledge of enterprise data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).

• Basic experience with Python scripting or the ability to read and understand code.
