This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Deploy and manage applications in Docker/Container environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement applications on Azure
• Provide remote customer support during the deployment of new/existing cameras in field environments
• Proactively troubleshoot software issues affecting camera operations
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices
• Work with Field Technicians through mobile phone/IM interactions for all camera maintenance activities
• Expected to work within a rotation/on-call schedule providing support during standard business hours. - On-call rotation may apply during weekends and holidays in the U.S.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field demonstrating strong software development skills
• Proficiency in Azure
• Solid knowledge of Python, Linux, Bash scripting, containerization, and GitHub
• Proven ability to manage containerized applications using tools such as Docker or Podman
• Experience in Customer Support and strong problem-solving skills
• Understanding of software development principles and agile methodologies
