Python Engineer – AI Agents, LLM Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Designing and executing AI solutions that align with business objectives and adhere to technological standards.

• Utilizing techniques such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to enhance AI interactions.

• Creating Agentic RAGs to improve data retrieval and content generation processes.

• Developing modular architectures for agents focused on diverse tasks.

• Harnessing Large Language Models (LLMs) for activities such as text generation.

• Overseeing data ingestion pipelines and establishing serverless architectures.

• Implementing DevOps and MLOps methodologies for the automation of AI model deployment.

• Evaluating system performance and applying optimization techniques.

• Working in collaboration with designers and product teams to ensure that solutions fulfill user requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in advanced Python development.

• Demonstrated expertise in Hybrid AI / RAG architectures and cutting-edge LLMs (commercial: OpenAI, Gemini; open-source: Llama 2, Mistral).

• Practical experience with orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Rasa, or Haystack.

• Solid understanding of classical Machine Learning techniques for prediction and anomaly detection.

• Familiarity with Docker, Linux, and hybrid cloud environments (Azure, GCP), including on-premises deployments.

• Skilled in SQL and NoSQL databases, with an emphasis on optimization and data retrieval for RAG and model pipelines.

• Strong foundation in API design and integration (REST), encompassing data anonymization/encryption, authentication, and access control.

• Knowledge of MLOps tools and practices (Git/GitHub, MLflow or similar) for model versioning, tracking, and monitoring.

• Comprehension of data quality, governance, and reporting (KPIs) within AI frameworks.

• Experience with Azure Databricks for scalable data processing, model training, and deployment workflows (ETL, Spark, Delta Lake, MLflow integration).

• Familiarity with Azure Purview for data cataloging, governance, lineage, and compliance assurance (GDPR, data classification, policies).

• Exceptional collaboration skills and the capability to deliver rapid, impactful solutions across teams.

• (Nice to have) Experience in RPA and process automation, such as Power Automate.

• (Additional conditions) Adherence to NDA and GDPR, ownership of intellectual property for the client, and assurance of service continuity (equivalent replacement if necessary).
