Python Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain applications and tools based on Python that support our AML solutions.

• Implement, optimize, and deploy machine learning models, including large language models, to enhance our product offerings.

• Collaborate with data scientists and various teams to integrate machine learning models into production environments.

• Design and execute data integration, validation, and quality assurance frameworks.

• Manage the complete machine learning pipeline, from data preprocessing to model deployment and monitoring.

• Create rapid prototypes and showcase them to customers and internal stakeholders to promote product development.

• Analyze and process extensive structured and unstructured data sets to support machine learning projects.

• Ensure the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of the applications and models developed.

• Provide technical assistance and troubleshoot issues related to machine learning models and Python applications.

• Adhere to best practices in coding, MLOps, and DataOps.

• Support other teams in delivering proof-of-concept initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Strong expertise in Python programming and associated libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn).

• Experience in implementing and deploying machine learning models, including large language models (e.g., GPT, BERT).

• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.

• Experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation methods.

• Proficient in handling large-scale datasets and SQL.

• Knowledge of MLOps methodologies and tools for continuous integration and deployment of machine learning models.

• Experience in designing and implementing data integration and validation systems.

• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies.
