Python Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain high-load backend services;

• Enhance system performance, scalability, and reliability;

• Engage in architectural decisions and technical discussions;

• Optimize and advance existing systems and tools;

• Participate in code reviews and uphold engineering best practices;

• Work closely with the team to establish priorities and solutions;

• Produce clear technical documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience with Python;

• Strong grasp of algorithms and data structures;

• Extensive experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar);

• Proven experience in designing scalable backend systems;

• Proficient written English for documentation and communication;

• Native Ukrainian (both spoken and written);

• Would be a plus:

• Experience with non-relational databases (Cassandra, Redis/KeyDB, etc.);

• Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes;

• Experience in high-load or distributed systems.
