Python Developer – AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the development of tools aimed at enhancing the productivity of the company's teams.

• Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of our products, ensuring they remain current, scalable, and perform optimally across various platforms and devices.

• Collaborate with the back-end team to integrate APIs and back-end services, ensuring a seamless experience for end-users.

• Assist in the creation of reusable libraries and frameworks for future application.

• Identify and address performance issues and bottlenecks to elevate the user experience.

• Engage in code review sessions, sharing knowledge and gaining insights from peers.

• Conduct unit and user interface testing to validate product functionality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong proficiency in the Python programming language.

• Familiarity with FastAPI and SQLAlchemy is preferred.

• Experience with AI tools such as LLMs, RAG, and AI agents.

• Background in both relational and non-relational databases.

• Knowledge of GitHub for version control and Agile development practices.

• Capability to develop web solutions.

• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to shifting priorities.

• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (proficiency in English is an advantage).

• A proactive and collaborative mindset with a keen focus on results.

• A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
