This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

• Design, create, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes utilizing Python.

• Convert raw data from diverse sources into structured formats that are suitable for analysis and machine learning applications.

• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and engineers to ensure the accessibility and quality of data.

• Implement validation, cleansing, and monitoring procedures to maintain data integrity.

• Optimize and troubleshoot data workflows to enhance performance and reliability.

• Work with cloud data infrastructures, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

• Engage in code reviews, documentation, and the enforcement of best practices for data engineering projects.

• Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Over 4 years of experience in data engineering or a similar role with a focus on Python development.

• Strong expertise in Python and familiarity with relevant libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Airflow.

• Experience in designing and managing ETL pipelines and data workflows.

• Practical experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their associated data services.

• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
