This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Management and support of a team of Project Managers.
• Ensuring that all contracted activities carried out on behalf of PrimeVigilance clients are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality while complying with applicable regulatory requirements.
• Provide support to project teams as a PV expert for all contracted activities performed on behalf of PrimeVigilance clients, as needed.
• Offer assistance to Business Unit Leads, Head of Global PM department, and senior leadership management in various activities undertaken on behalf of the client and the company, as applicable.
• Oversee the management of changes concerning project scope, schedule, and costs, as applicable.
• Maintain strong client relations and ensure consistently high-quality work for each client.
• Participate in the issue escalation process, as necessary.
• Understand client PV requirements and ensure that the services provided meet all expectations.
• Supervise and monitor planning for project setup and maintenance activities; attend client meetings as required.
• Maintain an overview of deliverables to clients.
• Engage in tasks to be delivered to the client, as applicable.
• Oversee all communications regarding issues with clients.
• Supervise training for project teams.
• Facilitate the development of soft and technical skills to enhance the talent within the PM team.
• Assist Business Development with resource planning.
• Monitor and/or manage assigned studies as needed, in accordance with all applicable SOPs, regulations, and guidelines.
• Establish strong professional relationships with colleagues by fostering trust, open communication, and managing daily operational issues.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients; ensure the same from Project Managers.
• Review and approve time-off requests from PMs and support the Project Management coverage plan.
• Life science graduate, pharmacy, nursing, or other healthcare-related qualification.
• 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Effective management skills, encompassing time and issue management.
• Proficient conflict resolution skills.
• Strong decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Capacity to motivate and coach individuals; leadership skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
