This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Assist with various tasks undertaken by the project team on behalf of the client and the organization.
• Develop and sustain project-specific KPIs related to contracted ICSR activities.
• Enhance procedures, training, and other initiatives to boost the efficiency of the ICSR team.
• Suggest process modifications to the ICSR Operational Lead.
• Oversee ICSR deviations with guidance from the ICSR Operational Lead.
• Review tracking systems and timesheet information to ensure precision.
• Handle ICSR cases and conduct second-level quality control.
• Provide assistance to other departments as necessary.
• Serve as the designated subject matter expert for the assigned team.
• Offer support to the RA & PV Network Department as required.
• Function as the LCPPV for the specified country and PRLS for the assigned language, as agreed with the line manager.
• Experience with medical devices is mandatory.
• A degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or another healthcare-related field, or experience in pharmacovigilance.
• 3 to 4 years of experience in pharmacovigilance.
• At least 1 year of experience in a managerial role.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Proficient in delegation.
• Effective planning and time management skills.
• Technical proficiency.
• Strong team collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
