PV Officer, Medical Devices

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Assist with various tasks carried out by the project team on behalf of both the client and the company.

• Develop and uphold project-specific KPIs related to contracted ICSR activities.

• Enhance procedures, training, and other initiatives to boost the efficiency of the ICSR team.

• Suggest process improvements to the ICSR Operational Lead.

• Oversee ICSR deviations with guidance from the ICSR Operational Lead.

• Examine trackers and timesheet records to ensure accuracy.

• Handle ICSR cases and conduct secondary quality control of these cases.

• Provide support to other departments as required.

• Serve as the designated subject matter expert for the team.

• Assist the RA & PV Network Department as necessary.

• Function as the LCPPV for the assigned country.

• Assume the PRLS responsibilities for the specified language, in agreement with the line manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Required experience in medical devices.

• A degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or another healthcare-related qualification, or relevant experience in pharmacovigilance.

• 3–4 years of professional experience in pharmacovigilance.

• At least 1 year of experience in a managerial role.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong organizational skills, with a focus on detail and the ability to multitask.

• Proficient in delegation.

• Effective planning and time management capabilities.

• Possess technical skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

• Fluent in both spoken and written English.
