PV Officer, Medical Devices

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.

📋 Description

• Provide assistance to various activities conducted by the project team on behalf of both the client and the company.

• Develop and sustain project-specific KPIs for contracted ICSR activities.

• Enhance procedures, training, and other initiatives to boost the efficiency of the ICSR team.

• Recommend process modifications to the ICSR Operational Lead.

• Manage ICSR deviations with the support of the ICSR Operational Lead.

• Review trackers and timesheet data to ensure their accuracy.

• Process ICSR cases and conduct secondary quality control.

• Provide support to other departments as needed.

• Serve as the designated subject matter expert (SME) for the assigned team.

• Assist the RA & PV Network Department when required.

• Function as the Local Contact Person for Pharmacovigilance (LCPPV) for the specified country.

• Assume the role of Person Responsible for Local Screening (PRLS) for the assigned language, as agreed upon with the line manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Graduate in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or another healthcare-related qualification, or possess experience in pharmacovigilance.

• 3–4 years of professional experience in pharmacovigilance.

• At least 1 year of experience in a line manager position.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

• Proficient in delegation skills.

• Effective planning and time management capabilities.

• Technical proficiency.

• Ability to work well in a team environment.

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

• Experience with medical devices is required.
